Commodore 1541-II

The Commodore 1541-II has a external power supply, one diskette station with one read / write head and a motherboard. On the motherboard you will find RAM and ROM memory, twice a MOS 6522 VIA and a MOS 6502 processor. The Commodore 1541-II disk drive is a smart device, reading and writing works independent of the connected computer.
The 1541-II is the successor of the 1541. It was introduced with the C64c.
